A film slogging in the cans for more than three years ‘Om Namaha’ is ready to hit silver screen on 4th of September with ‘A’ certificate from censor board.


There is no bloodshed, violence, vulgarity yet the censor given ‘A’ certificate baffled actor and director Vijayendra. Later he disclosed there is underworld, long weapons and one scene a hand is cut like vegetable. The film in the shades of ‘Jogi’ is the reason for ‘A’ told the censor board.


Producers M Umesh and Muni Veerappa are expecting good results. Shivananje Gowda in lyrics, Narayan in Camera and Arjun Janya music have worked for this film.


Director cum hero Vijayendra has picked a real life incident happened in Vijayanagar for his subject. He was associate director to Karmugilu Kannada film, acted as villain in ‘Rajanna’. Vaidehi alias Meenakshi from Orissa is female lead. She plays Priti in the film.
